About Us

Tracy Kennedy is the principal consultant at TK Consulting. She is a Human Resources and Organizational Development professional providing clients with the expertise, resources and guidance to optimize organizational performance.

Tracy has been in the human resources and organizational development industry since 1999, working with a variety of organizations from software companies to non-profit organizations.

Currently, TK Consulting is serving clients in all of California and Nevada. Other locations welcomed.

Tracy Kennedy holds a M.A. in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Tracy has also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Marin Human Resources Forum and has professional training in many areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
